FPJ Alcatraz Swim 2025

Alcatraz Island, known for the notorious federal prison on center of the island, stands today as a symbol of the harsh realities of punitive justice in our society. Each year, the FPJ swim team swims from Alcatraz across the bay to the shores of San Francisco, connecting the remote island to our loved ones awaiting their return. The swim is an annual fundraiser and campaign to raise awareness of the harm of incarceration on our communities.

We will swim from Alcatraz Island to the Saint Francis Yacht Club.

This year's swim will be a private swim, hosted by the Odyssey Swim Club, on Friday, September 12th, 2025.
